Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price increases.

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OddX. Use of our logo, name, or AI models without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OddX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
